Back to School with CADIA: Tasty Recipes for a Nutritious Start!

As summer comes to an end and the back-to-school season approaches, it's time to gear up for a fresh start with CADIA! CADIA is a brand exclusive to INFRA stores, like Harmony Farms. 1. Zhuzh Granola

Zhuzh up the granola for a quick, sweet snack.

- Vanilla yogurt

- CADIA® Granola

- Fresh Organic Strawberries

- CADIA Organic Morello Cherry Preserves

In a short glass, build in this order:

- scoop of vanilla yogurt

- scoop of CADIA® granola

- fresh strawberries

- another scoop of vanilla yogurt

- top with CADIA preserves

2. Seaweed Raft

Load up seaweed with goodness. Call it a seaweed raft, or a magic carpet — let’s ride.

- 1 pack of CADIA® Roasted Seaweed Snack

- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked according to package directions

- ½ tsp CADIA Wildflower Honey

- 1 fresh avocado, sliced thin.

- 1/4 English cucumber, thinly sliced into sticks

- top with Sriracha sauce (optional)

Place seaweed sheets on a flat surface. Add a scoop of cooked sushi rice to each piece of seaweed & lightly flatten using your hands. Then top with honey, avocado, and cucumber. Sriracha is awesome (and optional).

3. Nooch Popcorn

Nutritional Yeast or Nooch as the kids call it. It’s a cheese substitute for vegans and it’s a superfood.

- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels

- 3 Tbsp CADIA® Coconut Oil

- 1/3 cup CADIA Nutritional Yeast

- 1 tsp salt

Heat the coconut oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Gently place the kernels in a single layer on the bottom of the pan. Cover and shake the pot a little so the kernels are coated in oil. Continue to shake occasionally until the popping stops. Place the popcorn, yeast, and salt into a container with lid. Then, shake some more, about 10 seconds until the popcorn is coated with seasoning.
